  • Landlord-tenant law: We represent clients in the area of landlord-tenant law. Generally we represent residential or commercial landlords, and in a number of cases appear before the Housing Court on a wide variety of matters. These include garden-variety evictions to serving as the attorney for Court appointed Receivers.
  • Estate planning and administration: Our lawyers work with clients to help them plan and memorialize their gifting and distribution of their estate, both during the client's life and after his or her death by using wills, trusts and powers of attorneys to accomplish the client's goals.
  • Probate law and litigation: We work with administrators and executors to probate estates, assisting with the timely transfer and distribution of assets. In addition, we are experienced in litigation within this area from will contests, etc.
  • Taxation: We represent and work closely with individuals faced with federal and state tax payment issues, and have enjoyed success in achieving favorable resolutions of IRS and state tax issues.
